The Video has now been transfered to DVD  
filmed at the High Wycombe Judo Centre 
it demonstrates all the 6 sections of the gokyo as required
for the practical knowledge section of the grading syllabus.

There are six menus, one for each section.

It is recommended that it be used together with instruction 
from a qualified coach.
